25 Years of Culinary Excellence at The Coniston Hotel

The Coniston are delighted to present; A Menu Through the Years - a nostalgic culinary experience of the last 25 years at The Coniston Hotel

On Friday 1st November, the Coniston’s first ever Head Chef, Steph Moon, will collaborate with our Head Chef Thomas Robertson, to present a very special one-off menu, featuring dishes from Coniston menus past and present, all served in The Coniston’s flagship Restaurant, The View.

Courses will be interspersed with fabulous stories from the chefs, as we reminisce about The Coniston’s 25 year journey, and hear more about The Bannister family, the dishes we’ve served, and the magnificent people who’ve come through our doors, staff and customers alike.

·         Sangeeta’s Homemade Brioche, Mussels, Leeks and Bacon

Belly Pork & Home-made Black Pudding, Fried Pork Fillet, Parsnip puree, Poached quince, Kale and Fermented Apple Sauce

Deconstructed Trifle, Lemon & Lime, White Chocolate and Cherry Sponge
