Caring for our environment, championing our community, and creating a more sustainable future isn’t just part of our plan – it’s at the heart of everything we do.
From the way we work across the estate to the experiences we offer our guests, we’re always looking for ways to tread more lightly and think more locally. We’re proud members of the Green Tourism Business Scheme, which helps us stay accountable and keep pushing forward – reducing our impact, preserving our surroundings, and encouraging our partners and guests to do the same.
Giving back to the community that shapes us
We’re lucky to call this corner of Yorkshire home – and we do what we can to support the people and organisations that make it special. Each year, we raise over £100,000 for local charities including Manorlands and The Principle Trust, and donate more than £10,000 in gift vouchers to nearby schools and community fundraisers.
